Christmas!

So Riley got the chance to sit on Santa's lap. She was so cute, and so serious! She just touched his beard and stared at him.

Kansas Trip

Well, I haven't told anyone except the people that live near me and have noticed because I didn't want anyone knowing that James was away on business and that I have been manning our house with Riley. But last week we went to visit James (who has been gone for 2 months for work). Yes, it has been extremely hard, but we have a mortgage and bills to pay and James is a hard worker and after much prayer, he decided that Kansas was where he had to go for work.

So, it was a lot of fun seeing where he was living and seeing Kansas for the first time. It is flat and windy. But the people that he was staying with are so great and we will be forever grateful for them welcoming James into their home for the past two months. Here are some pictures. The dog's name is Maddy or maybe its spelled Maddie idk but Riley hated it at first but then couldn't get enough. She would go over to Maddy and grab its face and kiss it on the mouth! It was cute and gross at the same time. But overall, it was a great trip and we are so glad to get James back! :0)

So, Riley was Supergirl for Halloween...I copied my sister's baby London. :0) She looked so dang cute carrying her pumpkin bucket around to the 5 houses that we went to. (She's only 16 months, she can't really eat a lot of candy.) But she had a lot of fun and loved seeing all the kids out dressed up.
